Trump Gives Obama YUGE Reason To Hate Mondays As U.S. Court Backs Travel Ban In Big Ruling

President Donald Trump has just given Barack Obama and thousands of Muslim wannabe-immigrants a new reason to hate Mondays after a U.S. appeals court in California backed Trump’s travel ban in a big ruling.

Three judges of the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Trump’s request to block activist judge Derek Watson’s previous ruling that had put the new ban on hold. Although the ruling still allows immigrants from the six majority Muslim countries to enter the United States if they have “formal, documented” relationships within the U.S., the ruling allows the government to cut off all other immigration from Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, and Chad.

Trump’s executive order which replaced two previous orders banning travel from countries known to be Muslim terrorist-farms was announced on September 26. Activist liberal judges such as Derrick Watson from Hawaii have done everything possible to uphold Obama’s globalist agenda and interfere with Trump’s mandate to make America safe again.

Now, there is finally some progress coming out of the most unlikely of places. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is not known for sound rulings and is often a source of frustration for most American patriots.

According to the Daily Caller, immigrants from the six majority Muslim countries listed in Trump’s travel ban would be able to enter the country if they have family relationships and “formal, documented” relationships with U.S-based entities such as universities and resettlement agencies. The acceptable family relationships defined in the ruling include grandparents, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins of people in the United States.

According to Reuters, The court’s decision does not affect immigrants from the two other countries listed in Trump’s travel ban, North Korea and Venezuela. Previously, U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson in Honolulu ruled in October that the state of Hawaii would likely succeed with their argument that Trump does not have the authority to impose federal immigration law on the six majority Muslim countries.

Trump’s original executive order banning travel from several Muslim-majority countries was made in January, just a week after he was sworn into office. After meddling from liberal judges, the president issued a second order which expired in September. This new ruling isn’t the final step in Trump’s immigration reform agenda, but it is progress.

Our president has argued that the travel ban is necessary to protect the United States from Muslim terrorists. During his presidential election campaign, Trump vowed that he would institute “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States.”

Of course, liberals who have no common sense argued that Trump’s travel ban is unconstitutional because it discriminates on basis of religion. There is no reasoning with progressives. They simply need to take a back seat while nationalists secure our country for future generations.

The fight will soon continue in court as the 9th Circuit prepares to hear arguments on December 6, in another similar case filed in Maryland where a judge previously ruled against the Trump administration and partially blocked the travel ban from going into effect. The Obama camp can’t be pleased with these recent developments in the fight to Islamize America. During Obama’s time in office, his administration instituted policies without any accountability which put our national security at risk.

When the newest travel restrictions were handed down by the Trump administration, the White House said they were necessary consequences for countries that did not meet new requirements for vetting immigrants and issuing of visas. These are the common sense decisions we elected Trump to make on our behalf and it’s good to see actual work being done.

The requirements were shared in July 2017 with foreign governments and they had 50 days to make changes if needed. The countries which failed to do so were penalized, and rightfully so.

Thank God for President Donald Trump. It seems so ironic that the President who has worked the hardest of any of the last several isn’t even keeping his salary. It’s crucial for American patriots to continue supporting our President and his administration.
